Membership Benefits
Training & Development
Our Society offers weekly training sessions focusing on fitness and development. Something that has been a staple of our membership offering for over 20 years, we train weekly on a Monday night.
Free Leisure Centre Access
To complement our in-house training we are very grateful to our partners at St Helens Council Sports Development who provide us with a 'Gold Card' offering free access to the town's Gyms, Swimming Pools and Running Track.
Professional Mental Fitness Support
Through our charity partnership with State of Mind and our successful Postcode Lottery joint bid, Society members have free access to professional mental health support. We also benefit from workshops such as Mental Health First Aid courses, ensuring we have trained officials for members to seek advice from should it be required.
Bespoke Qualification
As part of the Society development structure, we have created our ten-module learning qualification - 'StHRLRS Level 1' - which aims to introduce and solidify all the fundamentals of officiating ensuring high standards in preparation for RFL Professional Grading.
